Supportworks, our service management application, has been Hornbill's catalyst in developing exceptional user interfaces that our customers really like. Assetworks now benefits from the same knowledge and experience of user interface design and we have created a very exiting new product. The release of Assetworks Discovery 4.0 spent a long time in development and testing, but the product features we have managed to deliver in this release have made it well worth the wait. Hornbill's involvement with the FAST Asset Management Group (AMG), who's purpose is to promote and educate the corporate community on the benefits of effective asset management, has provided us with increased awareness of the issues that most IT managers face. I believe that we have reflected this in Assetworks Discovery and even more exciting is the roadmap for subsequent releases of Assetworks that are planned, said Patrick Bolger, Hornbill's Sales and Marketing Director.
